Revenue in Asia, without the entity.

DX3 Digital is a brokerage and go-to-market house for crypto and digital infrastructure companies. We originate the deals, run the campaigns, and carry your name into rooms you cannot reach from San Francisco or London.

Hiring a country manager costs you a year and a salary before you learn whether the market wants you.

We are the version of that bet you can size. One mandate, one fee basis, one person who already knows the counterparties. If the territory works, you build the team on top of proven pipeline instead of a hypothesis.

What we take on

Four mandates. Each priced for what it actually is.

Fee basis is agreed before work starts. No blended retainers hiding success fees.

Success fee

Deal origination and brokerage

You have a product institutions want. We identify the counterparty, run the introduction, hold the commercial conversation, and stay in the room until it is signed. Custody migrations, credit lines, treasury mandates, staking and infrastructure agreements.

Monthly retainer

Go-to-market advisory

Your APAC team is one person and a pipeline spreadsheet. We build the territory plan, the named target list, and a pitch that survives a Korean or Japanese procurement cycle. Competitive positioning included, because you will be compared to incumbents you have never heard of.

Project fee

Market entry campaigns

Launches, conferences, and paid programs run locally, in local languages, with local partners. We handle the media, the KOLs, the venue, and the follow-up so the spend produces meetings rather than impressions.

Retainer or revenue share

Research distribution

You publish good work that nobody in Asia reads yet. We place it with the desks, funds, family offices, and financial media that move here, and convert readership into subscriptions or clients.

How an engagement runs

Four steps, and you can stop after the second.

Typical time from first call to signed mandate: two to three weeks.

  1. STEP 01

    Scoping call

Forty-five minutes, no deck. What you sell, who you need to reach, and what you have already tried in the region.

  2. STEP 02

    Territory memo

A written view of what is reachable in ninety days, the counterparties by name, the obstacles, and what it costs. Paid, standalone, and yours to keep if you walk away.

  3. STEP 03

    Mandate

Scope, fee basis, and exclusivity agreed in writing. Non-exclusive by default so you keep running your own motion alongside ours.

  4. STEP 04

    Execution

Weekly written updates. Warm introductions with context on both sides. We sit in the meetings and negotiate, not just forward the email.

The principal

Dae Hoon Lee

Twenty years opening new categories in Asia, usually as the first commercial hire on the ground. Building an advertising business in Korea before the market believed in it, then selling institutional crypto custody to banks that had no policy for it yet.

That is the specific skill here: selling something the buyer has no budget line for. Based in Singapore, working in Korean and English, engaged with MAS-regulated counterparties since 2019.

Start a conversation

Tell us the market you cannot get into.

If there is a counterparty you have been trying to reach for six months, name them in the first email. We will tell you honestly whether we can open that door, and if we cannot, who can.
